Lavashak

I finally tried making Lavashak for the first time earlier this year! It was surprisingly easy to make (only 3 ingredients).

I bought the Pomegranate sauce and fruit rolls at a local Asian store (Al-Mostafa Asian Food) in Grimstad, and the pomegranate at a regular supermarket. (Pictures of ingredients below).

It was soo good, but also extremely sour!!

Conclusion: Will make this again.
